Windows 98 platform. Developed by Shiny Entertainment, it is a real-time
strategy game, which features elements of action and other genres.
Players control wizards who fight each other with spells and summoned
creatures. Impressed reviewers with graphics, Sacrifice is the first
commercial video game to make full use of video graphics cards can
process change, clipping, and lighting instructions. The game was ported
to Mac OS 9.2 in 2001.Unlike many contemporary real-time strategy game, Sacrifice places little emphasis on the collection and management of resources. There is no system of workers; witch players' collecting souls to summon creatures, and they are where the energy to constantly regenerate spell. Players adjust their attacks to choose from spells and creatures adapted to the five gods. To beat your opponent, wizard player friendly unit on the altar of sacrifice witch opponent, thus disfiguring and throw the enemy wizard. In addition to the single player campaign, Sacrifice offers a multiplayer mode, where up to four players can play against each other over computer networks.
